| For customers who placed orders at Stol inspection systems B.V. before we will ship the goods together with an invoice which must be paid within 14 days. In case a company would like to order that have never ordered before we will ask for full payment before shipment. In certain cases we will make exceptions, please do contact us for more information. For orders of more than 10 (ten) pieces there will be no administration/shipping charges. For orders of less than 10 pieces there will be an administration/shipping charge of € 15,00 per order. Shipments will be carried out by TNT Post. Outside the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg)
Shipments will always be ex-works Breda, Netherlands. We will be able to arrange shipment. Please let us know which products you would like to order, the quantity and the country of destination and we will send you a proposal for the shipping costs. Return policy
In case that the customer is not entirely happy with the products or in case the product is damaged it can be returned back to us after sending us a written notice within 8 (eight) days after receiving the goods. As soon as we have received the return shipment we will send out the corrected products or we will send a credit invoice. |
